Headshape is a professional tool designed for child health specialists, focused on measuring and monitoring the cranial development of infants. By downloading and using the app, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Headshape is a tool intended for pediatric health professionals, such as doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors. It allows users to:

• ▪ Enter cranial measurements to calculate relevant indices for cranial deformities (Cranial Index and Cranial Vault Asymmetry Index).
• ▪ Monitor the evolution of cranial measurements through graphs (premium feature).
• ▪ Provide recommendations to caregivers based on the infant’s condition.

Important: Headshape does not replace professional judgment or medical advice. It is a support tool and should not be used as the sole basis for treatment decisions.

The free version offers limited access to the app’s functionalities, including:

• ▪ Manual entry of multiple cranial measurements.
• ▪ Viewing of the last recorded measurement.
• ▪ Tips for application usage.
• ▪ Limited access to caregiver advice.
• ▪ Calculation of the Cranial Index (CI) and the Cranial Vault Asymmetry Index (CVAI) for that measurement.

The following features are not available in the free version:

• ▪ Viewing the history of cranial measurements.
• ▪ Downloading or sharing measurement data.
• ▪ Access to caregiver recommendations.

The premium version unlocks all app functionalities, including:

• ▪ Unlimited access to cranial measurement history.
• ▪ Access to usage tips for the app.
• ▪ Ability to enter measurements manually or using the camera.
• ▪ Historical tracking with detailed graphs to monitor progress.
• ▪ Ability to download and share reports with caregivers or other professionals.
• ▪ Exclusive advice and recommendations to support caregivers.
• ▪ If a user starts with the free version and upgrades to the premium version, the app will recover the last six measurements of the patient.

By using Headshape, you agree to:

• ▪ Use the app in accordance with its intended purpose, exclusively for professional use.
• ▪ Ensure the accuracy of the data entered into the app, as incorrect data may generate inaccurate results.
• ▪ Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with applicable data protection laws and as specified in Clause 4 of this document.

Headshape collects and processes the data entered by users solely to provide the app’s functionalities.

Patient data is the exclusive responsibility of Health Professionals in accordance with the Professional Secrecy rules applicable to each professional. Professionals must obtain the necessary consent for the use of patient data from the patients themselves, their parents, or legal representatives, in accordance with the consent model provided by the application.

The app developers are not responsible for any decisions or outcomes derived from the use of this tool. Health professionals are responsible for interpreting and utilizing the app’s results.
